RETURNS

We want you to love every piece you receive from Eclectic Tales. If something isn't quite right, don't worry, we are here to help.

Because every item is made especially for you once your order is placed, each product is created specifically for your order. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Eligible Returns

If your item arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Incorrect

• With a manufacturing issue

please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right.

To submit a return request, email info@eclectictales.co and include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and the problem

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return where applicable:

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please get in touch. We'll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to find the best solution.
